Either party may terminate the engagement upon written notice. Upon termination, you shall pay for all services rendered. The provisions regarding confidentiality, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all of your expectations.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
